F.C.G. Construction, have built up a professional decorating business since 1999. I also offer property maintenance for landlords and commercial properties.
My business specialises in many different aspects of decorating, including the hanging of vinyl wall covering and spraying of suspended ceilings. This can immediately bring a sense of freshness and modernity to ageing or tired buildings. It is a service that is particularly popular with commercial properties, although this does not rule out private households taking on the service.

All methods of decorating can be adhered to, no matter how big or small the job. Decoration of internal and external cladding, floor paints, wallpapering and basic painting and plastering all fall into my portfolio of work.

Over the last 20 years I have built up a good reputation with contractors and clients, in and around London.
I often hear the same queries and concerns from clients about levels of workmanship, so I have enhanced my reputation within the industry by working to the highest standard and levels of attention to detail.I provide a specialist service to both landlords and property developers with advice on all aspects of property maintainance such as refurbishment, maintenance and building works in order to enhance the property.

After Care Service

F.C.G. Construction can also offer a unique after care service to look after your home. My clients have found this service invaluable as it takes the worry out of maintaining their property. On completion of work to your property I will agree on a date to visit you and assess any problems that may have occurred. The general up keep of a properties internal and external condition is important as it saves the disruption of major works having to be carried out.

Full Aftercare

After care maintenance covers 6 months to 1 year.
